Title: First time at the Lisbon Airport
Post by: Christopher Vincze on Oct 19, 2026, 05:35 PM
The first time I'm traveling abroad on my own is coming up soon, and I'll be arriving at Lisbon Airport. I've never been to a major international airport before, so I'm a little worried that I might get lost or end up going the wrong way. Could you tell me how clear the signage is in the terminal and whether it's easy for someone without much travel experience to find their way around?

In particular, I'm interested in the steps to take immediately after getting off the plane, so I don't accidentally miss the baggage claim area or passport control. How clearly are the flows of arriving and departing passengers separated in the main terminal building? If I get lost in the arrivals hall, which staff member should I ask for help, and where can I find them?
