Moving heavy AC units around our warehouse is a nightmare

I'm the warehouse supervisor for an HVAC supply company in Al Quoz and we've been struggling big time with moving our larger inventory items, especially the heavy commercial AC units that weigh an absolute ton. Our current setup of small hand trucks and pallet jacks just isn't cutting it anymore because we've got narrow aisles that make it impossible to manoeuvre the pallet jacks properly, and the hand trucks can't handle the weight of the bigger units without risking damage to the equipment or injury to my staff. I've been looking at different solutions and I think we need something with a higher weight capacity and better stability, specifically something like a Mystar trolley 500kg which would give us the muscle we need while still being compact enough to navigate our tight warehouse layout. The larger platform would also let us move multiple smaller items at once, which would really speed up our loading and unloading process during busy periods. My main concern is whether the wheels are good quality because our warehouse floor has some expansion joints and small bumps that have destroyed cheaper trolleys in the past, and I can't afford to keep replacing equipment every few months. Has anyone else used these for moving heavy, bulky items in a warehouse setting and found them to be reliable long-term?
