Three shops told me three different things, could it actually be the engine mounts?

Bit of a long story but I'll try to keep it short. My 2016 Grand Cherokee started doing this clunk when I shift from park to drive, and there's a vibration at idle that I can feel through the seat and steering wheel, worse when the AC is on. First shop said it was transmission related, second one said worn control arm bushings, third one told me it was just normal for the age and I should live with it. None of them actually looked that hard honestly. I did some reading and the symptoms kind of line up with collapsed hydraulic engine mounts, which apparently leak and sag over time especially in this heat. That led me to look into quality engine mount installation in Abu Dhabi since I'd rather have someone who has done these on Jeeps before rather than a generic garage experimenting on my car. But before I commit, has anyone here had their mounts replaced and did it actually kill the clunk and vibration? Also how do you even tell if they're bad without pulling everything apart, is there a visual check or a test they can do? Just tired of getting three different answers from three different guys.
